Program Manager SPA Nordics - Nammo Raufoss AS
Help strengthen Nordic security through one of the region’s most ambitious defense cooperation initiatives
About the role
At a time when security of supply, preparedness, and defense cooperation are becoming increasingly important across the Nordic region, Nammo is playing a central role in strengthening the region’s defense capabilities. Through the Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA), Nammo and the Nordic nations are establishing a new model for long-term cooperation to ensure security of supply and strengthen operational readiness in peace, crisis, and conflict.
To support the continued development of this strategic initiative, we are looking for a Program Manager SPA Nordics to help drive both its strategic direction and operational execution. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-priority initiative in its early stages and contribute to building a new framework for Nordic defense cooperation. Reporting to the Program Director SPA Nordics, you will serve as a key advisor and coordinator across the partnership. The role involves close collaboration with senior leaders, business units, and external stakeholders across the Nordic countries, ensuring alignment, progress, and informed decision-making. You will act as deputy to the Program Director in selected forums, when required, and play a central role in a high-impact international environment.
Key responsibilities and tasks
Provide strategic analyses and decision support to program and executive leadership
Act as a trusted adviser to the Program Director on strategic direction and prioritization
Develop and maintain governance, reporting, and program management structures
