Senior Vice President HR - Nammo

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Vice President Human Resources (SVP HR). This is a key leadership role in the Nammo Group Management Team, with strategic responsibility for ensuring that our organization and leadership are equipped to deliver on our growth strategy. You will lead global HR development and transformation, support a growing international organization, and translate corporate direction into actionable plans that mobilize people at all levels.
As SVP HR, you will lead Nammo's global HR efforts, developing and executing group-wide HR strategies, policies, and systems that align with our corporate direction. You will work closely with executive leadership and business units, and act as a strategic advisor on all HR matters. A key part of your responsibility will be to lead the Corporate HR team, including Learning & Development and HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent practices, high quality, and compliance across all Nammo entities.
Key responsibilities include
Drive the development and execution of Nammo’s overall HR strategy
Follow up with HR leaders globally and contribute to the strategic development of HR across Nammo Group
Lead strategic HR initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic priorities, including organizational development and leadership capability
Responsible for competence development in the Nammo Group
Responsible for HR governance, systems and compliance,
Resonsible for ownership for HR platforms
Lead the Corporate HR team and coordinate key HR forums and leadership arenas.

As a strong communicator and relationship builder, you know how to lead through others and build trust across cultures and levels. You’re values-driven, analytical, and passionate about developing both people and organizations.
Skills and Qualifications
Higher education in HR, management, or equivalent field
Extensive experience from strategic HR leadership in an international organization
Experience with HR systems and process digitalization
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Experience from the industrial or defense sector is a plus

Working Conditions
This is a full-time, global leadership position based in one of Nammo’s key locations. The role requires flexibility to work both on-site and remotely, depending on business needs. Regular travel to Nammo's international locations should be expected, and the position offers the opportunity to engage directly with teams and stakeholders across Europe, North America, and other key markets.
Please note that the position requires you to obtain security clearance from national security authorities at NATO level and provide a valid police certificate.
