Nammo - Program Manager – Product Development & Programs

As a Program Manager, you are the one who transforms our product strategy into concrete, measurable results. You take leadership and ownership of the day-to-day execution of our product development programs—keeping plans on track, teams aligned, and deliverables exactly where they need to be. You ensure that progress doesn’t just happen, but happens with purpose, precision, and pace.
In this role, you bring energy and structure to international cross-functional collaboration. You work closely with engineering, R&D, marketing, and supply chain, ensuring that every phase of development runs smoothly and that decisions are made with clarity and confidence. You monitor progress, manage resources, remove roadblocks, and keep a steady focus on meeting timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
You also provide transparent, timely updates to the Program Director—highlighting status, risks, opportunities, and critical decisions. With a strong grasp of both operational details and the strategic direction, you help steer the product roadmap forward and secure seamless execution from concept through launch.
Key responsibilites:
- Oversee daily program operations, ensuring cross-functional alignment, smooth execution, and delivery on scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
- Align all concerned parites around product goals and tactical execution. Act as the primary link between the Program Director and cross-functional teams, securing clear communication and effective coordination.
- Drive proactive problem-solving and risk management, ensuring issues are addressed early. Maintain clear risk documentation and promptly escalate significant risks or challenges to the Program Director, contributing actively to solutions.
- Project Management, lead program planning, including schedules, roadmaps, milestones, and transparent reporting on deliverables and changes.
- Support all stages of the product lifecycle, facilitating transition planning and smooth handovers from development to manufacturing, launch, and post-release follow-up.
- Contribute to presentations and external dialogues through clear, professional communication that supports program and business objectives.

You take leadership and ownership, make informed decisions, and drive progress with both strategic insight and hands-on execution. Curious and quick to learn, you thrive in a technical environment and deliver high-quality results consistently.
We think you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably engineering or other technical discipline.
- Proven project management experience, ideally supported by methodologies such as Prince2 or Lean.
- Some experience working with strategy or strategic initiatives.
- Exposure to business development or customer-oriented activities.
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advantageous: experience from technical product development, defense industry, production environments, or similar.
