As Sales Manager for the Middle East at Glamox, you’ll be shaping the future of smart, energy-efficient solutions in the marine, offshore & navy, wind, and energy sectors. This is a unique opportunity to join a global market leader and drive our continued growth in the Middle East region.
This role puts you at the center of strategic market developments, collaborating with partners across the full value chain—from distributors and agents to EPCs, installers, shipyards and end-users. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, securing strategic contracts, and delivering complete Light Management Systems (LMS) tailored to customer needs.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented sales manager with technical understanding and commercial drive. You are independent, self-driven, and results-oriented, working systematically to develop both existing clients and new business opportunities. Your technical insight helps you focus on selling lighting solutions that create real value for our customers.
You enjoy traveling and are motivated by the challenge of entering new and varied markets. You are adaptable and comfortable working with different customer groups, and you have cultural awareness, with international experience. This is an exciting way to expand your skills and contribute to our global presence.
- 3-7 years of experience in sales within the marine, offshore or wind sector
- Experience with international sales
- Experience in selling technical products and systems
- Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English
