HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join the Business Unit (BU) management team to enable the business to perform and execute the strategy from a people-point of view. The HRBP implements the people strategy in the BU to address the business needs, aligned with Nammo strategy to ensure the BU’s short- and long-term success. This role is integral in implementing and supporting talent management, talent acquisition, competence development, and change management at the BU level. The HRBP is a key liaison between Corporate HR and country/site-level operations, ensuring the delivery of efficient and value-adding HR processes aligned with Nammo’s HR operating model.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and implement BU-specific talent management processes, including recruitment, succession planning, and competency development, ensuring alignment with Nammo’s People Strategy.
- Provide strategic and tactical HR support in key business initiatives, organizational efficiency, and change management processes.
- Collaborate with BU leadership to identify critical talent needs and ensure the development of skills and competencies to meet business objectives.
- Act as a key liaison between Corporate HR and BU operations, ensuring consistent practices and compliance with local regulations.
- Lead workforce planning and utilize people analytics to prepare for future strategic resourcing needs.
- Support change initiatives, including restructuring and mergers, while ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with labor laws.
Required Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with senior leadership. You are collaborative and adaptable, able to work across cultures and organizational levels. You demonstrate a strong commitment to Nammo’s core values of dedication, precision, and care.
Professional qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in strategic HR roles, preferably within a global or matrixed organization.
- Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, and competence development.
- Knowledge of both local and international employment laws and compliance.
- Familiarity with Nammo’s industry or similar business models is preferred.
- HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD is an advantage.

Working Conditions:
- Full-time, onsite position at Raufoss or one of Nammo’s operational locations.
- Flexibility for hybrid or remote work arrangements, depending on local office policies.
- Occasional travel to head office in Nammo Group, countries and sites within the BU to support HR operations and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
Please note that the position requires you to obtain security clearance from national security authorities at NATO level and provide a valid police certificate.
